Citrix Certified Professional - Virtualization (CCP-V)
The Citrix Certified Professional, Virtualization (CCP-V) proves that you can manage and support complex Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops environments, covering high availability, disaster recovery, advanced user access, policies and profiles, Workspace Environment Management, security and troubleshooting. It is held by administrators, consultants and engineers responsible for enterprise deployments.
You earn it through exam 1Y0-312, Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops 7 Advanced Administration, after first passing the CCA-V exam. Candidates usually know Windows Server roles, Active Directory and SQL Server high availability, and our preparation works through each exam module with in-depth labs and practice questions. Once you hold CCP-V, the architecture and design course (CWS-415) is the natural next step.

Renewal and validity
Citrix certifications are valid for two years from the date you earn them, and recertification now means passing the relevant current exam, since the course-based route has ended. A certification that Citrix retires keeps its two-year validity but cannot be recertified, so check Citrix's current certification policy, because requirements change.
