The Agile Change Agent certification shows that you can plan and lead change in an agile way: breaking it into iterations, engaging the people it affects and building the readiness that makes new ways of working stick. It suits change managers, project and programme staff, and team members who carry change inside their organisation.
Awarded by APMG International, it is assessed by a 40-minute, closed-book exam of 50 multiple-choice questions. Our preparation course works through the syllabus with case-based exercises in iterative planning, prioritisation, stakeholder engagement and benefits, then rehearses the exam format so you sit it with confidence.
