يتذكّر المتعلّمون ما يفكّرون فيه. تقدّم هذه الدورة للمعلّمين والمدرّبين، خلال أربعة أيام، أساليب عملية تجعل هذا التفكير يحدث فعلاً: التخطيط حول نواتج تعلّم واضحة، والتعلّم النشط، وطرح أسئلة أفضل، وتكييف المهام بما يناسب المتعلّمين على اختلاف احتياجاتهم.

كما تتعلّم كيف تتحقّق من الفهم أثناء الشرح، وكيف تقدّم تغذية راجعة تعين المتعلّم على التحسّن. يُعرض كل أسلوب أولاً ثم يُجرَّب، وتختتم الدورة بتقديم درس قصير أمام المجموعة. ويحصل المشاركون على شهادة العالمية.
