صُمّمت هذه الدورة الممتدة على 5 أيام لواقع مشاريع البناء والبيئة العمرانية، وتغطّي المجالات التأسيسية الأربعة لشهادة PMI Construction Professional (PMI-CP): اتصالات المشروع، وإدارة الواجهات، وإدارة النطاق وأوامر التغيير، وإدارة العقود والمخاطر. تتعلّم مواءمة أصحاب المصلحة، وضبط التغيير، وتطبيق أساليب Lean في حل المشكلات، وقيادة المشاريع المعقّدة حتى التسليم.

To be eligible to apply for the PMI-CP exam, students must complete all 4 foundational course modules and have 3 years of on-the-job experience in construction projects or built environment projects (experience must have been within the past 10 years).
