Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) Exam Preparation

دورة مركّزة مدتها يومان تُعدّك لتقييم Professional Scrum Master I. ستتناول نظرية سكرم، وقيمها، ومسؤوليات فريق سكرم، وأحداثه، ومخرجاته، مع ربط كل قاعدة دائماً بالغاية التي وُضعت من أجلها.

وتساعدك النقاشات والتمارين والأسئلة التدريبية على قراءة دليل سكرم بثقة وتجنّب الأخطاء الشائعة. تحصل في نهاية الدورة على شهادة حضور من العالمية، أمّا التقييم فيُجرى بصورة منفصلة، وتُدفع رسومه لمزوّد الاختبار.

• Explain empiricism and the three pillars of transparency, inspection and adaptation
• Describe the Scrum values and how they support teamwork
• Explain the accountabilities of the Developers, the Product Owner and the Scrum Master
• Describe the purpose and timeboxes of each Scrum event
• Explain the Scrum artefacts and their commitments: Product Goal, Sprint Goal and Definition of Done
• Describe how the Scrum Master serves the team, the Product Owner and the organisation
• Prepare effectively for the PSM I assessment through practice questions and review
